Overview
Deletion requests can be viewed and answered here in accordance with the dual control principle.
Own requests cannot be answered, as this would contradict the dual control principle.
To access this page the logged in user requires the "Can Answer Deletion Requests" privilege that can be set in the Users settings. If the logged in user only has the "Can Request Deletion" privilege they can still access the site but will only see their own requests which they then can reject.
Open Requests Grid
All open requests are shown in this grid. They are loaded on entering the page. Your logged in users requests are shown in gray color and can only be rejected.
•Create Response: Proceeds to create a response for the request selected in the grid. Alternatively, the request can also be double clicked in the list.
•Reload: Reloads the list of open requests.

•Logged in as: Shows the currently logged in user. The response will be created in his name.
•Mails in Request: Shows mails that will be affected by the confirmation of the request. If the selected response type allows it, you can deselect mails using the check box column in the grid.

•Send Response: Answers the request with the configured response.
