Logging
The various log levels define the granularity of the logging mechanism. The Exchange Server Toolbox is capable of logging everything from just errors and warnings to detailed information including email flow and information concerning your backup.

Export/Import Settings
The Exchange Server Toolbox allows to export the settings to a ZIP archive. You can use this archive to re-import the settings - for example after a new installation.
If you want to use the settings of your installation for another installation, you can automate this under Settings | Installations using distributed installations.
