Homebanking contacts Troubleshooting

To communicate with a bank via HBCI/FinTS, SEPA-Transfer uses the external component "Homebanking Contacts" (also DDBAC). Other programs with homebanking functionality also use this component.

Occasionally, problems may occur in SEPA transfer after installing other home banking programs. In this case, you will be referred to this help page with an error message.

Please carry out a synchronization first  (Extras -> Settings -> Online banking -> Synchronize). This usually resolves problems with online banking. If the problem persists, select "Set up access again" instead of "Synchronize" in the online banking settings. You will need your online banking user ID and PIN for this.
