SEPA-Transfer Cannot open ACCDB databases because Microsoft Office (32-bit) is not installed

To be able to open Access files in ACCDB format, Microsoft Office must be installed as a 32-bit version on your PC.

Alternatively , you can install the Microsoft Access DatabaseEngine in the 32-bit version, which SEPA-Trasnfer does automatically in the background if you have the required rights on the system.

You can  downloadthe Microsoft Access DatabaseEngine via this link.

After installing the  Microsoft Access DatabaseEngine, you can import postings from ACCDB databases.

SEPA-Transfer crashes on a restrictively configured Citrix terminal server

When exporting files, SEPA-Transfer may crash if the terminal server denies the required access rights. In this case, check the access permissions to the folders %appdata%\Roaming\JAM Software\SEPA-Transfer and %public%\Documents\JAM Software\SEPA-Transfer as well as the folders from which you want to import files and to which you want to write files. Also check that the following group policies are not active:

User configuration - Administrative templates - Start menu and taskbar - Remove the "Run" menu item from the "Start" menu

User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - File Explorer - Do not allow access to drives from My Computer

own policies regarding %appdata%, %public% and other  directories used by SEPA-Transfer in Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Software Restriction Policies

If you continue to receive Windows error messages, please  refer tothis Citrixhelp page.
